Supervise and lead Subcon piping Team, ensuring all aspects of performance and work are in compliance with project specifications and completed with planned time and budget constraints.

Perform all works as per client work scope, engineering drawings and standards.  

Job planning, executing, monitoring and controlling as per client scope of work.

Define clear roles & responsibilities and deliverable requirements in terms of both scope and schedule to all the team members.

Ensures all changes to specifications, work scope and drawings are documented.

Check all required drawings and other Construction documents before issuing verify correctness of design and engineering data to verify completeness of the documents.

Attend meetings and discussion together with clients, project manager, and subcontractor teams in the implementation of plans, progress, materials, drawings and including revisions and technical matters.
Supervise and lead foreman, skilled labour and work crews in all activities concern with piping works aspects of a construction project.
Ensure the work is to be done as per standards drawings to avoid re-work.

Request resources (manpower, equipments and material) to site superintendent depending on project requirements and assign at site.

Ensure that the foreman understand and implement the work plan, by explaining and engaging pro-active communication with the crew.
Responsible of shop/site piping Fabrication, erection, hydro-testing and installation of all types of piping and piping supports as per engineering drawings and standards.
Calculating the material requirements as per drawings.

Maintain record of fabrication/erection and inspection.

Piping Replacement/modification of Installation of new line/existing line.

Monitor and update the progress of piping erection and fabrication work on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Managing of fabricated spool to laydown and site area.

Site verifications & preparation before installation of piping spools and welding

Maintain record of raw material and site/shop drawings issue status.

Read and review TEST PACKAGES, Method Statements (MS) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) or Risk assessment.
Monitor and control work scope and make work performance report and forward to Site superintendent/site Incharge daily basis.

To plan and manage the team to achieve maximum productivity and safety of work force.

Supervises and coordinate all team activities on site.

Site responsible to evaluate the work and check material availability and follow up material shortage. 
Coordinate with NDT team for PT,UT,MT,RT and close NDT punch issued by Qc

Responsible for hydro testing of spools as pr hydro test diagram and package.

Responsible for A, B, C punch list.

Close out of final punch list issued by team QC, submit final report to superintendent.

Pre-commissioning activities such as piping cleaning activities, air blowing and layup as per procedure.
Liaise on quality matter with Qa/Qc department and HSE department to maintain a high standard of quality control and safety at all times. And promote high standard HSE culture of company
