  • Picked up the business at Mura Bustan and tripled the revenue with increase in GOP from 15% to 50% by increasing occupancy and reducing expenses as follows. 
    • 74% occupancy with a bottom-line of SAR2.5M in 2022 comparing last year occupancy was 52%.  
    • 92% occupancy with bottom-line of SAR3.5M in 2013 till date VS budget and comparing with previous year.
    • Enhanced the property lifestyle by adding variety of facilities and services with numerous of activities. 
    • Boost marketing initiatives and tactics to achieve the highest market awareness and distributions.     
  • At Narcissus we established roadmaps jointly with Sales and Marketing Director and successfully achieved room occupancy of 78% at ARR of SAR1600 in the soft-opening stage as Director of Operations.
  • Initiated and led achievement of business objectives during initial stages of hotel and successfully deployed tactical resources and approaches, achieving the highest guest core review of 8.9 on booking.com.
  • At Concorde, masterminded soft and post-opening operations while optimally managing operations and resources as General Manager:
    • 48% occupancy with a bottom-line of SAR2M in 2011 and 55% occupancy of SAR2.5M in 2012.

Manage Helat Hotels and hospitality operations by leveraging hotel management expertise.
