RAWAN ALJBOUR

I am a certified clinical dietitian from Saudi commission for health specialties, and I am eager to support your organization’s mission for client-centered collaborative evidence-based care. 

I am currently working as a registered dietitian in Burlington Family Health Team.  My clinical skills in nutrition and dietetics will allow me to effectively share my nutrition and health knowledge to communicate practical information to individuals, young and old. Speaking two languages (Arabic & English), will be an asset for my community. 

Additionally, my problem-solving skills and proficiency in several electronic medical record systems such as Oscar and Point Click Care (PCC) has produced successful interactions with health care professionals. 

I am confident that I would be an asset to your team, as I am a very caring and compassionate individual who places high importance on helping those in need and providing educational support to patients.  Through my professional experiences and fervor for compassionate care of others, I find opportunities to actively listen and provide support by drawing on relevant knowledge to help individuals to the best of my ability.
