Regular site visits to identify significant hazards and proportionate control measures.
❖ Investigate unsafe acts and conditions and provide solutions to prevent recurrences.
❖ To implement and ensure a high standard of safety culture with zero accident 
philosophy.
❖ Design and install different kind of safety signs (i.e., informative, directional and 
others).
❖ Perform regular inspection of firefighting equipment fire prevention arrangement for 
Hot Works, etc.
❖ Generate Accident/Incident reports and corrective actions.
❖ Inspection of all kinds of tools.
❖ Ensure valid Work Permit for every task.
❖ Preparing daily safety reports
❖ Monitors Toolbox Talk meeting every morning at site which conducted by job 
supervisor.
❖ Verify all scaffolding is tagged and in a safe condition.
❖ Identify additional safety training requirements to be delivered to the workforce.
❖ Coordinate safety activities with clients or any other contractors working in the area.
❖ Frequent inspection of personal protective equipment and ensuring that suitable PPE 
is available and used by employees.
❖ Monitoring of Lockout and Tag-out (LOTO).
❖ Encourage work if it is "Total Safety", Stop work if it is "Total Unsafe"
