Receive Manpower request, Assign Agency,    Arrange visa, Delegate visa in Enjaz, 
- Follow up all the Manpower Request with Concerned Agency, which we authorized.
- Develop, review and maintain job descriptions.
- Arrange & Collect CV from the Agency,
-Send CV to Operations & update selection list to Agency.
- Schedule interview with Agency.
- Prepare Job Offer, send to the agency & recollect once they accepted the offer.
-Maintain records on recruitment activities such as: application forms, interviews, assessments, job offers.
-Update Visa in the Master Visa Report.
- Daily update- All Recruitment Request.

- Inform the Arrival details to Agency & concerned department.
