Responsibilities:
•Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing
information from the dental portal or local staff in the USA.
•Identify and bill to insurance.
•Make queries for local offices in the USA to get complete insurance or
patient information.
•Check eligibility and benefit verification of patients by web portals if
available otherwise, the local office provides us.
•Fully trained to verify insurance benefits deductible, maximum allowed
amount, and limitations.
Payment Posting (EOB).
•Well experienced with patient breakdowns, navigating the web portal, and
calling insurance
for benefits missing information details in PMS.
•To check patient breakdown.
•To call insurance and collect FEE SCHEDULE in dental software and how to
make daily weekly and monthly reports.
•I am quite comfortable speaking and writing English.
•Having full knowledge of HIPAA certifications in privacy & security
