• Carry out maintenance work. A batching plant with twin shafts of Sicoma and BHS, a twin
shaft spiral mix of MCF 3 M3, Euromecc, Kice and CIFA. Snowekey chiller plant with a
capacity of 320 M3/24 hours, and an ice plant with a capacity of 80 tons/24 hours are among
the plants and machinery. Air compressors, generators, air dryers, and reclaimers. A concrete
pump, a transit mixer, a wheel loader, a skid loader, a bus, and a pickup truck are among the
vehicles that require maintenance.
• Document preparation for project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, spare part
management, maintenance budget and expense, breakdown and root cause analysis,
machinery performance MTTR and MTBF reports.
• Preparation and development of the maintenance module in the ERP.
• Plan and carry out third-party equipment inspection and calibration.

Planning and coordinating the factory installation of all equipment.
• Carry out maintenance work and respond to breakdowns, preventive, and routine work as
per the schedule..
• Precast mobile factory installation, maintenance, and repair, off-site manufacturing mega
factory for Elkon batching plant, Binachi Speedy concrete distributor machine, Technocom
battery mold, Mould Tech 3D mould bathroom pod, hydraulic tilting tables Progress
automatic stirrup bending machine (2D and 3D), Oscam robotic shear and bending machine,
GH, and an electromechanical gantry crane with rail powered by a generator with a capacity
of up to 1250 KVA. Weighing scales and weighing bridges, a concrete testing machine, a tower
light, a walk-behind roller and plate compactor, and power tools are among the construction
equipment.
• Document preparation for spare part management, breakdown, and root cause analysis, along
with MTTR and MTBF reports.
