3- QA&CD Acting Manager Banque Saudi France August 2008 – August 2010 (2 years 1 month)Saudi Arabia - Ensure end-users, JV, vendors and clientele’s satisfaction on all SMD services - Budget review, estimation of the current year and preparation of next year as services with an amount more than SR 1 M - Maintain SMD organization and budget control with investigating of exceeded (investment in GE or staff) - Planning and coordinating bank wide with all parts for a saving plan ( 2009 ) - Work flow within SMD internally and externally with other entities including Joint Ventures (JVs) - Coordinating with Audit requirements, finding, recommendation and implementation with other dept.' under the services division. - Monitor SLA with vendors and prepare SLA with joint ventures (Safeco, Tadawul, etc.) - Site surveys Quality Assurance for BSF & JVs premises (PMD, Maintenance including IT support services, Janitorial, Tea/Coffee - SMD Policies & Procedures & policies update - SMD resources evaluation & staff job description - Training coordinator for the division and its departments. - Maintaining and acquiring quality certification - Analyzing and Measuring service quality - Reporting summary of implementing QA activities - Compliance with Audit findings - Incident management report. - Preparing standers and inspection for different departments based on BSF standers. - Presenting the Quality Assurance and Control in a special development group to enhancing reporting and work flow for each department to create a template and a fix stander form for it by using MS project. - Preparing and developing Premises department project's as New ATM's, Branch Renovation, Branch Relocation and new branches  by using MS project. 

4- Sr. Statistical Assist Aramco Services Company January 2007 – August 2008 (1 year 8 months)Dhahran - Screening and reviewing of all requests coming from contractor companies such as time sheets and shipments, (Drilling) materials,  - Checking and verifying all invoices from contractors to Saudi Aramco on drilling requests. - Receiving and placing orders for all materials, equipment and services to support the daily requirement of onshore and off shore Drilling and Workover rigs. - Process and follow up of drilling requests for transportation and delivery of materials to/from the rigs. - Daily gathering of rigs information with regard to time lost for rigs production and compiling this information and tallying it for reporting and contractors evaluation. - Managing, processing and following up on Aramco rental tools to comply with G-Schedule procedure. This assignment was for (1 month ) and was very challenging as I was dealing with emergencies for rigs shut-downs. - Processing and following up online drilling requests using ESV “Entry Service Verify”/ SAP system

5- Marketing and sales Manager DHAY Care Center April 2006 – January 2007 (10 months)Saudi Arabia - Reviewing all invoices of each day. - Preparing Financial report - Creating and updating reports using Excel & Word - Creating new marketing ideas - Developing new ideas - sale services - Tracking the movement of income ( cash and span ) - Preparing financial documents and other for the center and employees 

6- R & E Supervisor Schlumberger October 2005 – April 2006 (7 months)Saudi Arabia - Preparation of request for Radioactive material - Assists in closing of material order and service order file - Request report to follow up with different Gov. part's for order status and/or makes changes in required quantities or delivery dates. - Reviews and recommends payment of premiums for material, labor or transportation for expediting critical material.
