Responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring arrival of goods on time from suppliers to meet the customer needs . tracking shipments with freight forwarders and delivering to the facility smoothly . Clearing the goods from Customs in compliance to SFDA rules and regulations . 

Key Functions :
Prepare customs documentations. Ensure proper compliance with Saudi customs and Saudi FDA rules and regulations. Keep the company records up to date and ready for audit by KSA customs, inspection internal or external Audit teams. To manage distribution and tracking of all the inbound & outbound shipments across the business i.e. between entities, dealers, remote technicians & end-customers, etc….
 Responsible for all on site aspects of the logistics, supply chain, and customer delivery operations
 In charge of making sure that each stage of the distribution process is progressing on time, on budget and to the right quality standards
 Working with multiple customers at the same time
 Conducting disciplinary, capability and taking appropriate action to address any failings
 Responding to all customer complaints or queries in an efficient manner
 Ensuring the efficient running of administration and office procedures
 Supervising the completion of all checks and documentation required by law
 Monitoring and tracking the flow of goods into the warehouse
 Controlling the order cycle
 Check documents to prepare and maintain a file for custom purpose
 Data Entry Management up to cleared the file from Seaport and airport
 Check IBRCS for Pharmaceutical items ( register and unregistered items)
 Prepare Import permit for Unregistered item In SFDA system
 Responsible for all containers from the origin up to Destination of empty containers.
