My experience includes successfully developing and deploying strategic processes; overseeing logistical coordination, project management, and report generation; with maximize productivity, efficiency, and overall performance. Through my experience, I have become adept at ensuring adherence to organizational goals and requirements while facilitating streamlined logistical operations.

Medical supplies  Project  Manager : Zamzam Association of Voluntary Health Services: 

• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with organization policies and vision .
• Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
• Maintains standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels reconciled utilizing the help of the warehouse team.
• Provide a safe working environment, adhering to Health, Safety and environmental procedures and ensuring they are always understood and practiced by the team .
• Ensure the relevance and accuracy of all documentation relating to goods in and goods out including labeling of all stock items.

• Analyzed previous shipping and receiving logs to correct discrepancies in the company inventory database.
• Conducts inventory reviews and prepares written reports, as required.
• Processed shipping request orders into the system, organized them based on priority.
• Management of raw materials (receipt and delivery).

• Preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery according to schedule. 
• Receiving and processing warehouse stock products. 
• Performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits.
• Complete diary logs into inventory
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations
