I have been working with SABIC Petrochemical Company since 13 Years as a Capital Projects Planning & Scheduling Engineer. I am handling multi discipline sizable Projects of different execution strategies & monitoring Projects lifecycle milestones (CDP, FEED, Gate 3 Approval (Fund approval), Execution, & Close-out stages).

1. Maintaining a master file of all Capital projects of two Affiliate & monitoring the milestones (CDP, FEED, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, As-Built & Project close out).
2. Preparing the Level 3 schedule for the FEED package for Sizeable Projects. 
3. Evaluating Resource loaded Contractor’s critical path Level 4 Schedule by covering complete project scope under WBS & Sub-WBS, Quantities, productivity norms, Manpower histogram, meeting project milestone completion dates & project cost parameters as per PO Terms & Conditions.
4. Earned Value Management (EV, SPI, CPI) are calculating based on approved Project Measurement system (PMS).
5. Level 5 Schedule are being reviewed for the scope to be executed during Shutdown or Turnaround tenure.
6. Attending the Schedule Risk Assessment sessions for the critical projects & obtaining the results from Monte Carlo simulations.
7. Monitoring the progress as per approved baseline/revised baseline/recovery schedules & S-Curve.
8. Develop a Projects Spend Plan in accordance with Schedule, Milestone, & Budget.
9. Monitoring yearly spending of portfolio projects against the allocated budget.
10. Highlighting the progress delay or concerns to the Project Lead/Manager.
11. Preparing Presentations for weekly/monthly/Turnaround meetings with SABIC & Affiliates Management.
12. By using SAP Project System Module, Monitoring & Controlling the Project Budget, PO commitments & Man-hours charged against each project.
13. Assist the project team with evaluation of Invoices for sizeable projects based on progress with reference to the approved Project Measurement System (PMS).
14. Preparing a monthly report to submit to SABIC Affiliates.
15. Follow the change control procedure to change milestones completion dates in the Master Control file.
16. Preparing a Daily Report during the shutdown/Turnaround tenure.
17. Providing year-end site performance (Achievements against Targets) to the Site Sr. Manager. 
18. Comply with relevant EHSS policies, procedures & KPIs as per company guidelines.
