As a Principal UX/UI Designer, my work is all about bridging the gap between complex technology and the people who use it. With over eight years in the industry, I specialize in taking intricate systems particularly in the healthcare and SaaS sectors and transforming them into intuitive, user-centered digital experiences.

My daily focus involves:

Strategic Design: Leading end-to-end design processes, from initial user research and information architecture to high-fidelity wireframing and prototyping.

System Building: Developing and standardizing scalable design systems (like the "Neo" system I've been working on) to ensure consistency across large platforms.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure our solutions hit both business goals and user needs.

Engagement & Retention: Designing loyalty programs and targeted initiatives to improve user satisfaction and long-term value.

I primarily live in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, constantly refining how users interact with technology to make those interactions as seamless and impactful as possible.

With over 8 years of experience in the design industry, my career has evolved from executing visual interfaces to leading high-level design strategy as a Principal UX/UI Designer.

My professional journey is defined by a few core pillars:

SaaS & Healthcare Expertise: I have a proven track record of designing and launching large-scale international platforms. I specialize in taking the "cognitive load" out of complex systems, making them accessible and user-friendly for both clinicians and everyday users.

Design Leadership: Currently at Persivia, I lead end-to-end design initiatives. This includes everything from initial user research and information architecture to the final high-fidelity UI. I’m also the architect behind "Neo," a standardized design system built to ensure scalability and visual consistency across our products.

Strategic Collaboration: I don't work in a vacuum; I partner closely with product managers, developers, and marketing teams. My goal is always to align user-centered design with broader business objectives, such as improving retention rates and user lifetime value.

Diverse Portfolio: Beyond my core role, I’ve applied my design thinking to diverse projects, including brand identity for coffee shops (High Key) and clothing brands (Verge Studio), as well as educational foundations like AIEF, where I received a Kudos Award for design excellence.

I’m a power user of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, using these tools to bridge the gap between abstract business requirements and impactful digital products.

Here is how that learning manifests in my work:

Empathy is a Data Point: Whether I’m designing for a clinician or a coffee shop customer, I’ve learned that user research isn't just a phase; it’s the foundation. If you don't understand the user’s pain, you’re just guessing.

Systems Over One-Offs: Building the "Neo" design system taught me that scalability requires discipline. A consistent, documented system saves more time and prevents more errors than any individual "hero" design ever could.

Design is a Business Tool: I’ve learned to speak the language of stakeholders. It’s not about "I like this color"; it’s about "This layout improves retention and aligns with our business goals."

Essentially, I’ve learned that the best design is often invisible it’s the seamless experience that allows the user to achieve their goal without having to think about the interface at all.
