Research, analyze, and examine company technology and standard operating procedures as a Subject-Matter Expert and trusted advisor for Rolling Stock and Depot Equipment. Develops improvement recommendations based on market research for customers and internal team members. Adopt processes, procedures, technical improvements, resource requirements, and stakeholder engagement procedures to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

• Technical adviser to the client (Royal Commission for Riyadh City - RCRC) for Riyadh Metro Program Management Services.
• Review the mobilization strategy for O&M Contractors to ensure the proper level of expertise for Riyadh Metro.
• Review Design & Built documentation, Hazard Logs, Testing & Commissioning Plans, and validate the Operation & Maintenance requirements of the system.
• Support the coordination of the O&M Contractors with the Design & Build (D&B).
• Oversee and report on Rolling Stock & Depot Equipment maintenance delivery activities by O&M contractors; verify that it is being carried out safely and to the Employer’s satisfaction.
• Advise on asset management and maintenance strategy related to rolling stock, depot equipment, signaling, and facility.
• Monitor, audit, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPI) relating to Rolling Stock, Depot Equipment, and internal.
• Prepare reports for the Client (RCRC) as and when required.
• Investigate any requests for Change to Processes and/or Procedures.
• Perform other duties as directed, in support of the Asset & Maintenance Team and project.
• Monitor and oversee O&M contractor mobilization, including subcontractors (e.g., transit system suppliers).
• Perform all levels of preventive, corrective maintenance, and emergency repair activity for Kinki Sharyo trains in Dubai Metro.
• Assist Rolling Stock Senior Engineer to conduct all types of corrective & preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot using TCMS data and fault log, perform Preventative maintenance, Corrective maintenance, etc.
• Test and commission metro trains, as well as different rolling stock subsystems (both dynamic and static).
• Handle Train unloading and train equipment installation, perform Site acceptance testing according to requirements.
• Provide commissioning documents and update the result on Maximo, perform a qualification test, and validate the system according to manuals and software configuration with Siemens & Alstom (signaling and communication system).
