Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, coordinate and enforce program, operational and personnel policies to maintain receiving, distribution and warehousing operations in compliance with company policies.
  • Responsible for all inventory aspects in Eastern region such as Stock Location and availability, Replenishment Control and Inventory Auditing.
  • Managing an Inventory/ warehouse team comprising of Showroom Managers and Team Leaders of Eastern Region.
  • Safeguards warehouse operations by establishing and monitoring security procedures by finding innovative solutions.
  • Schedule and assign employees to complete warehouse / inventory operational requirements and follow up on work results.
  • Negotiate shipment schedules with market Vendors to maximize efficiency.
  • Recruiting hiring and managing a team of inventory coordinators.
  • Solving any problems occurring during execution of scheduled operations.
  • Tracking the stock, reconcile inventory in SAP and coordinate with concerned person for resolving issues related to reconciliation.
