I worked as a Junior Engineer in Descon Engineering Limited, Lahore. My job responsibilities were:

Created Process Diagrams (PFD and P&ID) and performed balance
calculations.
Designed and sized equipment such as reactors, pumps, heat exchangers
and distillation columns.
Monitored safety and environmental compliance in process designs.
Assisted in troubleshooting operational issues and proposed possible
solutions.
Collaborated with senior engineers to optimize equipment performance
through adjustments and improvements.
Lead and oversee projects with focus on safety and environment.
Conduct internal audits to verify safety and environmental adherence.
Advise on proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous materials.
Maintain comprehensive records of safety incidents and compliance data.
Develop strategies to minimize the environmental impact of construction
processes.
