• Development of the Unified Supply contract to a Supply and Installation contract and to suit for the transfer of technology scope of work.
• Contract administration responsibilities including reviewing bank guarantees, manage contractual issues, budget control, performance measurement, contract modifications, payments and completion close-out, coordination with site team to ascertain contractual and practical measures to ensure compliance with requirements, assessing contractual implications of site decisions and optimization of practical contract conditions.
• Generation of BOQ’s based on drawings, project specifications and standard method of measurement, quantities take off, preparing rough and detailed cost estimates, new items cost breakdown.
• Knowledge of the Fidic red book conditions of contract.
