Civil QA/QC Manager Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Project Quality Management System & IMS
• Familiar with Client Saudi Aramco, SAIPEM KSA, & Saudi Electric Company, standard & Codes with International standard ASTM, ACI AASTHO, & ensure its implementation during execution a Project site.
• Well explanation of Corrective action & Preventive Action.
• Implementation of KPI.
• Implementation of Quality Induction & Record 
• Preparing Weekly and monthly Quality Management Report and Preparing Project Quality Index.
• Ensuring that follow up is carried out an all open issues pertaining to the IMS Integrated Management system and report any open issues to the project manager and Corporate/Country QA/QC Manager.
• Providing support and advice to the construction personnel in relation to project quality program and the company integrated management system (IMS)
• Preparation of project inspection and test plan.
• Manage all the QA/QC staff observe progress resolved conflict and preparations for upcoming work.
• Maintain good record keeping of activity’s carried out and inspection reports, surveillance reports etc.
• Implementation and maintenance of project quality management system requirements in accordance with project quality plan and company standard operation procedures.
• Monitor quality control function.
• Ensure that all the inspection and testing activities are being carried out as per client specification, approved IFC Drawing, ITP, Checklist and Applicable international standard and Procedures.
• Ensuring all quality record and maintaining updated.
• Monitoring the calibration status of any test equipment being utilized on the project. 
• Implement project quality management system.
• Manage site testing inspection audit material inspections and test plan. 
• Monitor control assurance functions.
• Supervise site QC engineer QC inspectors in performing their responsibilities. 
• Maintain calibration certificates of equipment’s. 
• Conduct process improvement studies and apply quality improvement techniques. 
• Review of technical submittal prior to issue to consultant & provides technical assistance for construction quality problems. 
• Implement the QMS procedure quality documentation for the project method of statement. ITPs. Procedures instruction as per the project specifications.
• Analyzed daily progress data collected by QC inspectors.
• Monitoring all on going site activates. 
• Issuing pro-active / NCR to the site construction team for corrective action.
• Established and implement the reporting system with TQM department.
• Conduct QC weekly meeting with the QC team and construction team, discuss about problems facing by Inspectors at site, giving inductions prior to start of any new activity as per our method of statement/ITPs/check list and client specs. To avoid any Rework.
• Conducts audit for subcontractors Quality management system.
• Control of materials/production.
• Priding adequate on the job training for trainee inspectors. 
• Ensuring material compliance as per specification.
• Follow up on all audit finding ensuring that action is taken and reoccurrence is minimized,
• Manage on site and off site inspecting & coordination with project manager. 
• Conduction of  QMS internal and external Audit according to ISO 9001-2015.

• Excellent Liaison with consultant/client over quality related matters.

Communication 

Internal: TQM Department and PM / SM/ CM/ SE

External: Client, consultant, manufacturer, supplier, laboratory /3rd Party.
