1. Engaging with the clients and understanding the objective of the event

2 conservative years for Four Seasons,Burj Rafal Kempiniski, Fairmount, Hilton, MovenPick with

11. Working on multiple timelines and deadlines with various internal teams, clients and vendor 
12. Creating RFP for event equipment rentals 
13. Working with Creative Designers and Event technology experts globally to create and innovative 
and one of kind event 
14. Manage Various Departments such as design ,fabrication ,transport, on-ground set up team 
15. Reporting to the management with detailed post event reports such as financial, project 
management, team performance, in-house inventory of event equipment & safety norms.

brand endorsement, giveaways and product launches. 
18. Designing the technical layout of event equipment along with Audio visual design and Sound

19. Designing Custom IT tools for Event Registration, Management & ticketing system utilizing my IT 
background 
20. Strong Knowledge of all Major event venue in Riyadh with respect to the venue operations, 
venue rigging points and safety protocols.
