Yousef Alshaibani

As a dedicated and hard-working individual with strong analytical skills, I am committed to achieving success in my chosen field. After enrolling as a full-time student in Toronto to study space engineering, I discovered my true passion for software engineering and transferred my credits to UBT in Jeddah to pursue this field.

I have worked as an Administrative Assistant at Mawakeb Alajer since August 2021. In this role, I have maintained accurate records and databases, and improved my organizational skills resulting in increased efficiency and productivity. Additionally, I have worked as a Teacher's Assistant at the University of Business & Technology in Spring 2021. During this time, I provided feedback to students resulting in improved grades and academic performance. I also gained knowledge on how to perform better as a student, graded assignments and exams promptly and accurately, and developed teaching strategies and created PowerPoint presentations.

I attended the University of Business & Technology in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where I pursued a degree in Software Engineering with a focus on Cyber Security. I transferred to this program in September 2020 and achieved a GPA of 4.77 out of 5. During my studies, I developed and deployed a full-stack website, handling both front-end and back-end responsibilities. I also served as a Project Leader in fourteen courses, which showcased my leadership skills and ability to manage projects effectively. My coursework included relevant topics such as Entry Level Course on Cybersecurity, Hunting in the Microsoft Cloud, Kubernetes Security Monitoring, and Cloud Security, which indicates my keen interest in gaining knowledge and skills in the cybersecurity field.
