mechanical and civil) for better understanding to sub-
contractors.
• Arrange sub-contractors (if required).
• Explain work scope to sub-contractors.
• Make sub-contracts.
• Explain daily work to workers at project site.
• Check daily work progress and work quality at project site.
• Daily work report for management team.
• Arrange tiles samples for end user approval.
• Arrange paint samples for end user approval.
• Arrange other finishing samples for end user approval.
• Check final quantity for final bill process.
