We are seeking a skilled Predictive Modeling Manager to lead our data analytics team in developing and implementing predictive models to support business strategy and The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing predictive modeling projects, managing a team of analysts, and communicating results to stakeholders across the

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement predictive models to support business strategy and
  
• Lead a team of data analysts in executing predictive modeling
  
• Design experiments and A/B tests to validate models and
  
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business problems using predictive
  
• Communicate findings and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders across the
  
• Continuously improve the performance of predictive models by refining algorithms and data

Requirements

• Bachelors or advanced degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related
  
• 5+ years of experience in predictive modeling or data
  
• Strong experience with predictive modeling techniques such as regression, time series analysis, and machine
  
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python or
  
• Strong experience with data analysis tools such as SQL and
  
• Experience with statistical analysis and experimental
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex findings to non-technical
  
• Experience leading a team of data
