SpecificAccountabilities:

HSE Management

Utilizing the Worleys framework to undertake riskassessment of the project through engineering procurement &construction and develop HSE plans to support each phase of theproject.

• Develop HSE standardssystems and procedures to support the project(s).
• Develop and implement HSE trainingfor the project including orientation hazard analysis &safety leadership.
• Implement robust contractor management process includingpreselection orientation and ontheground review of performance(informal & formal)
• Ensure effective hazard & incident managementprocesses are implemented including the use of the Worleyssystem.
• Implementeffective Emergency Preparedness and Response plans aligned withWorley & Client Crisis Management Plans.
• Manage the local R3 processes andparticipate in project start up work (project mobilization). Ensurethorough

Personnel

• Recruit HSE personnel required to support theproject
• Coach &mentor direct reports and project team members to improve HSEskills and competencies.

HSEManagement

• Liaise with HSEprofessionals to identify & share improvements
• Participate in HSE inspections& audits across project(s)

HSE experience as aManager Safety professional role in a heavy industryenvironment.

• Understanding of theprinciples and practices of HS Management and the implementationand

improvement of managementsystems.

• Proven capability inmanaging and controlling budgets and schedules along with strongleadership and

communicationsskills.

• Solid strategic planningability within a Commercial environment also being able to operateat Senior

Managementlevel

• A relevant tertiaryqualification gained within an Analytical discipline (eg:Environmental Science)
• Accredited Auditor qualifications
