    Location: Riyadh, KSA.

    Project Duration: 3-6 months, subject to extension.

    Years of experience: 5-6+ years.

    As a Quality Management Senior Consultant/ Manager, you will be instrumental in driving business excellence through the development and implementation of robust processes, systems, and standards. Your role will encompass creating and maintaining a quality management system that aligns business processes with international standards. You will establish frameworks and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to stakeholders while actively addressing non-compliance issues. Additionally, your expertise will be crucial in guiding different departments towards achieving ISO and other relevant certifications.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Business Excellence: Develop, implement, and continuously improve business excellence processes, systems, and standards to enhance overall organizational performance.
    • Quality Management System: Establish and maintain a comprehensive quality management system, ensuring alignment with international standards and practices such as ISO 9001, ISO 41000, ISO 44000, ISO 20600, ISO 26000, ISO 56002, ISO 10002, and ISO
    • Framework Setup: Design and implement a quality management framework and process tailored to the services provided, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and value propositions.
    • Non-Compliance Resolution: Identify and resolve non-compliance process issues promptly, implementing corrective actions to maintain adherence to established quality standards.
    • ISO Certification Support: Support various departments in preparing for and achieving ISO and other relevant certifications, providing guidance on compliance requirements.
    • Governance Establishment: Set up clear governance structures for participation in Quality Awards and Certifications, ensuring a systematic approach to recognition and compliance.
    • Quality Assurance: Oversee and implement quality assurance activities to ensure consistency in processes, products, or services, maintaining high standards of quality delivery.
    • Training and Awareness: Participate in training activities to increase organizational awareness of quality concerns and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; certification in quality management is a plus.
    • Proven experience in developing and implementing quality management systems.
    • In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 41000, ISO 44000, ISO 20600, ISO 26000, ISO 56002, ISO 10002, and ISO
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
    • Ability to lead and facilitate training sessions on quality management.
    • Proactive mindset with the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
