- Monitor and Control BHSoperations, ensuring smooth baggage flow with minimum or nointerruptions.
- Control and supervise alloperations and maintenance activities to achieve the overall systemavailability target in the respectivearea.
- Ensure fallback procedures are in placeduring system interruptions or breakdownsituations
- Ensure proper communication from thecontrol room to Field Supervisors/Technicians for appropriate faultfinding.
- In case of system anomaly, providetechnical advice to Field Supervisors/Lead Technicians as the basisfor any operational decisions.
