Kinetic is working with a leading
Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a
Key Account Manager to be based in their office either in
Riyadh or Jeddah.*****
The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Maintain professional relationships with key HCPs and KOLs.
  • Ensuring that key accounts/ clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities for key clients, and attending all meetings, conventions, and training workshops.
  • Negotiating contracts with clients.
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company.
  • Acting as the main point of contact between key clients and internal teams.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to maximize profit by upselling or crossselling.
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and initiatives
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
  • Gather information on orders and market conditions.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:

Bachelor's Degree is a must; MBA is a plus

An experienced professional with at least 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical industry

Relevant experience in managing specialty businesses i.e., Rare Diseases, Hematology

  • Commercially and clinically knowledgeable and can execute sales strategy.
  • Interpersonal and collaboration skills to liaison with stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills with fluency in English.
  • Strong relationship management.
