• Participate in the development and refinement of SWPC's overall vision and strategy, and contribute to the overall process of corporate management and decision-making to ensure the organization achieves its short, medium- and long-term objectives.
• In conjunction with the CEO and the VPs, direct the implementation of the divisional strategy and ensure that the overall business strategy is translated into annual operational business plans for the Transaction Management division, in line with SWPC's vision, mission, and corporate objectives.
• Provide overall direction for the achievement of divisional objectives through effective leadership and by setting individual objectives, as well as developing and motivating team to maximize performance and to provide opportunities for growth.
