  • Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • 3PL Warehousing
  • Improve the delivery efficiency through performance
management and implementation of process and procedures.- Ensure Hellmann KPI are maintained and reported on monthly basis

  • Manage shortage reporting to SFDA and SFDA call
  • Manage the monthly sales period closing activities.
  • Manage the warehouse capacity & cost improvement.
  • Agree on optimal inventory levels in market in alignment with country organization and in line with contractual agreement
  • Ensure the company SOP, QA & SFE guidelines are implemented.
  • Ensure all logistics activities are managed within the KPI
  • Agree on required orders with country organizations and customers
  • Ensure handling of all internal and external audit requirements.
  • Ensure timely booking of orders and track production, release and shipments
  • Address and resolve any issues affecting supply of products to market.
  • Project management and Process improvement:
  • Lead and participate in special projects as and when required by company (e.g. sourcing of 3PL warehousing operations, optimizing supply model, incorporate bar coding, product standardization, etc.)
  • Process improvement: Improve SC processes and develop country Supply Chain Strategy according to NTO and STO Supply Chain Strategy.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with all external & internal business partners, specially related to S&BPpartners Country Operations, BPA, DRA, QA, Novartis Technical Operations, and Customers/Agents/Distributors
  • Sales forecasting and order management:
  • Facilitate and agree sales forecast with country organizations.
  • Ensure effective and timely communication (upload) of short term and longterm forecasts to site.
  • Ensure sales forecasts are in line with inmarket sales plans and target levels.
  • Ensure effective tracking and timely booking of orders.
  • Closely monitor production dates. And align with supplying hub on timely, production, release and shipment of orders to delays and avoid penalties.

Minimum requirements

  • Education (minimum/desirable): Bachelor degree (preferably MBA) in a business discipline or engineering and supply chain management professional certificate
  • Languages: English and Arabic
  • Experience: 5 7 years' experience in Supply chain Management, Materials Management / Logistics, Planning / procurement
