    Duties andResponsibilities:

    • Handle the fullrecruitment cycle process In kingdom and out of kingdom through aselection of best and most costeffective recruitment sources tocontribute towards achieving the company objectives by attractingqualified and competent candidates for theairline.
    • Prepare recruitment means and announcejobs through appropriate SAUDIA erecruitingonline/newspapers/external websites etc. by coordinating withconcerned departments to attract candidate to apply for announcedjob For company best interest.
    • Prepare andmaintain hiring material to enhance interview results forrecruiting team.
    • Develop full integration ofnew employees through on boarding to ensure a smooth transition fornewly joined employees.
    • Develop and apply HRbest recruiting practices to enhance the recruitment process forcompany best interest.
    • Establish an ancillaryunit in order to ensure processing of all related payroll andadministrative transactions for loaned employees to SBUs orgovernment agencies.
    • Carry out the process ofchanging employees status (e.g. promotion demotion transfer end ofservice termination) to ensure all related departmental decisionsare processed in SAP system.
    • Make analyses andreview the overall and detailed divisional/departmentalorganization structures to ensure and recommend the optimalorganizations and work processes in line with the companystrategies.
    • Study the employees promotioncases employees data correction job vacancy requests and fixed termand seasonal contracts to ensure appropriate and correct proceduresfor employees.
    • Prepare and update jobdescriptions to ensure that the airline functions are properlyassigned and maintain a comprehensive database for allpositions.
    • Implement the appropriate jobevaluation system to establish internal equity by determining therelative worth of jobs and assigning the suitable job grade foreach job in theairline.

    Minimum of Bachelors degree in:

    HR/ BusinessAdministration / Public Administration / Computer Science/Management Information System (MIS)/ Industrial Engineering/Industrial Management /Law/ Public Relations / IT relatedmajors.

    • The Minimum accepted GPA is2.75 out 4 / 3.75 out of 5.

    RequiredEnglish Level:

    • Standardized Test forEnglish Proficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with a minimum score of72.
    • The issuance date of the test MUST notexceed Three years from the applicationdate.
    • Other English Tests will not beaccepted.
    • The test is MANDATORY for allcandidates including Out of the kingdomgraduate.
    • If the applicant did not take theSTEP test yet the applicant may complete his application and thenupdate the STEP score in the job application once he has taken thetest. (If the requisition is still posted on thewebsite)

    • CV/Resume.
    • ValidSaudi National ID for at least 6months.
    • Official Education degree showing theoverall average/GPA (If obtained out of the Kingdom you must attachthe accreditation letter from Saudi Ministry ofEducation).

    • Standardized Test for EnglishProficiency (STEP) by QIYAS with the minimum score of72.
