    Job Summary:

    The Chef De PartieChopper (Chinese) will be responsible for maintaining a highstandard of all food preparation and service in their respectiveKitchens according to the standards required by the management.

    As a Chef De Partie Chopper we relyon you to:

    Participates in the preparation offood items according to guest orders of consistent qualityfollowing recipe cards production portion and presentationstandards.

    Be responsible for and accountable for theoverall food cost kitchen supplies kitchen energy costs and kitchenutensils.
    Perform any other reasonable duties as requiredby the department head from time to time.
    Prepares andproperly garnishes food orders as they are received in accordancewith recipes and proper plate presentation.
    Accepts andprepares special orders.
    Ensures seasoning portions andappearance of food.
    Stores unused food properly andinforms Sous Chef of larger quantities of stored food.
    Proactively carries out work to facilitate chefs arrivingfor the other shifts.

    What werelooking for:

    Minimum of 2 years of experiencein a similar capacity
    Strong English skills
    Positive Attitude and willingness to learn.
    Display initiative and creativity.
