Job Summary:
The Doormanis responsible for providing excellent customer service andensuring the safety and
security of our guestsand staff. This position requires a vigilant and proactiveindividual with
exceptional communication andproblemsolving skills. As a Doorman he will be the first point of
contact for visitors and will play a key role increating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all who
enter our establishment.
KeyResponsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors ina friendly and professional manner.
Assistguests with luggage and belongings.
Open doorsfor guests and provide assistance as needed.
Maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring thepremises.
Escort guests to their destinationswithin the establishment.
Provide informationand directions to guests.
Handle guest inquiriesand resolve complaints promptly andefficiently.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma orequivalent.
Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skills.
Strong customer serviceskills.
Ability to remain calm and composed instressful situations.
Attention to detail and akeen eye for identifying potential securitythreats.
Physical stamina and ability to standfor extended periods of time.
Flexibility towork evenings weekends and holidays asrequired
