    About theRole:

    As the Operations Manageryou will be responsible for managing the daytoday operationsstreamlining processes and ensuring the efficient delivery ofproducts and services to our customers.     Responsibilities:

    StrategicPlanning:

    • Develop andimplement operational strategies to optimize efficiency reducecosts and enhance customersatisfaction.
    • Collaborate with seniormanagement to align operational goals with overall businessobjectives.
    • Conduct regular analysis of markettrends customer feedback and competitor activities to identifyopportunities forimprovement.

    Retail andCustomer Service:

    • Applyretail expertise to enhance customer experience andsatisfaction.
    • Implement strategies to improvecustomer service processes and ensure a positive retailexperience.

    Warehouseand InventoryManagement:

    • Oversee thedaily operations of the warehouse including receiving storage anddistribution of goods.
    • Implement best practicesfor inventory management including accurate tracking cycle countingand stock rotation.
    • Optimize warehouse layoutand organization to maximize space utilization and minimizeerrors.

    Logistics andOrderFulfillment:

    • Ensuretimely and accurate processing of orders shipments and deliveriesto meet customer expectations.
    • Coordinate withlogistics partners to optimize transportation routes reduce leadtimes and minimize shipping costs.
    • Monitororder fulfillment metrics and implement process improvements toenhance efficiency andaccuracy.

    TeamLeadership andDevelopment:

    • Lead andmentor the operations team providing guidance training andperformance feedback to drive continuousimprovement.
    • Foster a culture of collaborationaccountability and excellence within the operationsdepartment.
    • Identify training needs andprofessional development opportunities for team members to enhanceskills andcapabilities.

    ProcessImprovement and QualityAssurance:

    • Analyzeoperational performance metrics to identify areas for improvementand implement corrective actions.
    • Conductregular audits and quality inspections to ensure compliance withsafety regulations quality standards and operationalprocedures.
    • Implement quality assuranceprocesses to minimize errors defects and customercomplaints.

    JobRequirements:
