We are actively hiring a dynamic professional for the role of Supply Chain Director to join our esteemed organization based in Jeddah. This critical role involves spearheading strategic initiatives to optimize end-to-end supply chain processes, playing a key part in the continued success and growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the overall supply chain strategy aligned with the company's business goals.
• Provide visionary leadership to cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Oversee the entire supply chain lifecycle, from procurement and production to distribution and logistics.
• Implement best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless and reliable supply chain network.
• Collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, and finance, to align supply chain activities with overall company objectives.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks within the supply chain, ensuring business continuity and resilience.
• Implement robust risk management strategies to address market fluctuations, geopolitical issues, and other external factors.
• Leverage advanced technologies and data analytics to enhance visibility, forecasting, and decision-making within the supply chain.
• Evaluate and implement new systems or technologies to optimize supply chain processes.
• Develop and implement inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels, reduce carrying costs, and ensure product availability.
• Utilize data analytics to forecast demand, identify slow-moving items, and implement inventory reduction initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a proven track record of leadership and strategic impact.
• Strong knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and the ability to apply innovative solutions to complex challenges.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
