    Al Borg Diagnostics, a leading provider of diagnostic health services, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver at Al Borg Diagnostics, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to patients in their daily activities and ensuring their well-being.

    In this role, you will assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and medication reminders. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to patients, helping to enhance their quality of life.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

    • Monitor and respond to changes in the patient's condition.
    • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
    • Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as meal preparation, laundry, and tidying up.
    • Accompany patients to medical appointments and outings.
    • Document patient activities, observations, and any changes in behavior or condition.
    • Communicate with healthcare professionals and family members to provide updates on the patient's well-being.
    • Adhere to all safety guidelines and infection control measures.
    • Attend training and educational sessions to enhance caregiving skills.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred.
    • Compassion, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
    • Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
    • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move patients as needed.
    • Patience and a calm demeanor, especially in stressful situations.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
