• Deliver smooth and efficient procurement of goods and services necessary for the group's day-to-day operations.
• Collaborate with internal departments, to understand their requirements and ensure timely procurement of materials and services required for day-to-day operations.
• Validate and confirm with the department the quantity and specifications required for purchase order.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and negotiate contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that meet the company's requirements.
• Perform on regular basis supplier s performance using evaluation.
• Analyze and track procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow up and ensure the delivery of requested PRs from internal customers/departments.
• Prepare weekly reports on Purchase Orders for all.
• Prepare Payment Requests per purchase order to process payment; follow up with the A/P accountant till payment is released and inform the supplier of the transfer/check details.
• Make sure that an inefficient filing system is implemented for all purchasing documentation per department.
• Handle and follow-up on the full cycle of product/equipment in the Repair and Return process.
