Summarizes and registers items assigned to employees under their personal custody.
+Responsibilities
- Monitors and reports in audit committees regarding inventory and custody cases and related matters.
- Signed clearance certificates for employees upon resignation, retirement, transfer, death or vacations and processes for ratifying them by signing and sealing by the Inventory Control Department.
- Participates in the development of clear system-wide policies and procedures for departments, sections & individuals on how to deal with the items custody from receiving to return / handover to the organization.
