Weare seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Analytics Developer tojoin our team of experts. As an integral part of our team you willbe responsible for creating detailed blueprints developingsolutions and providing application support across various SAPAnalytics areas including BW on HANA BW4HANA Business Planning andConsolidation (BPC) Business Objects (BO) SAP Analytics (SA) andSAP Datasphere/Data Warehouse (DW). You will play a crucial role inensuring the successful implementation and optimization of SAPAnalytics solutions to meet our businessrequirements.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. ProvideBusiness Functional and TechnicalSupport:
   • Serveas a primary point of contact for business users offering supportand guidance on SAP Analyticssolutions.
     
   • Analyzeand troubleshoot issues reported by users providing timelyresolution and ensuring minimal disruption to businessoperations.
     
   • Collaboratewith crossfunctional teams to understand business processes andconfigurations identifying areas for improvement andoptimization.
     
2. RequirementsGathering and GapAssessment:
   • Workclosely with stakeholders to gather and document businessrequirements related to SAPAnalytics.
     
   • Conductthorough assessments to identify gaps between current businessprocesses/configurations and desiredoutcomes.
     
   • Utilizestrong analytical skills to interpret requirements and translatethem into actionablesolutions.
     
3. TechnologyConsulting and SolutionDevelopment:
   • Leverageexpertise in SAP Analytics to provide technology consultingservices offering insights alternatives and recommendations toaddress identifiedgaps.
     
   • Collaboratewith architects and other team members to design comprehensivesolutions that align with business objectives and industry bestpractices.
     
   • Developand implement customized solutions across various SAP Analyticsplatforms including BW on HANA BW4HANA BPC BO SA andDW.
     
4. FullImplementation of SAP Datasphere/DataWarehouse:
   • Leadthe endtoend implementation of SAP Datasphere/Data Warehousesolutions ensuring adherence to project timelines and qualitystandards.
     
   • Configureand customize SAP Datasphere/Data Warehouse components to meetspecific business requirements leveraging best practices andstandards.
     
5. Testingand DefectResolution:
   • Leadtesting efforts for implemented SAP Analytics solutions includingunit testing integration testing and user acceptancetesting.
     
   • Collaboratewith QA teams and endusers to identify and resolve defects ensuringthe stability and reliability of deployedsolutions.
     
   • Documenttest results issues and resolutions for future reference andcontinuousimprovement.
     

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology orrelated field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 5years of experience in SAP Analytics development and implementationwith proficiency in BW on HANA BW4HANA BPC BO SA andDW.
Strong understanding of SAP Analytics architecturedata modeling and reporting concepts.
Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to analyzecomplex business requirements and propose effectivesolutions.
Experience in technology consulting with theability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at alllevels.
Proficiency in SAP tools and technologiesincluding SAP HANA SAP ECC SAP S/4HANA SAP Fiori and SAP CloudPlatform.

1. Strongproject management skills with the ability to lead crossfunctionalteams and drive project deliverables tocompletion.
   
2. SAPcertifications (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate) are aplus.
   
3. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability tocollaborate effectively in a teamorientedenvironment.
   

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, orrelated field. Advanced degree preferred. Proficiency in SAP tools andtechnologies, including SAP HANA, SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori,and SAP Cloud Platform. Strong project management skills, with theability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projectdeliverables to completion. SAP certifications (e.g., SAP CertifiedApplication Associate) are a plus. Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectivelyin a team-oriented environment.
