- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
- Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
- HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Employee Wellness: Promote employee wellness initiatives and programs to support the well-being of employees.
- HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks, including payroll, record-keeping, and regulatory reporting.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all HR practices and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.
- Professional certification such as PHR or SPHR is a plus.
