    Persistence Recruitment on behalf of Jawraa, a leading Saudi Digital Transformation company, is seeking a HR Manager.     Responsibilities:

    1. Human Resources Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with Jawraa's organizational goals and objectives.
    2. Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.
    3. Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and employee engagement initiatives.
    4. Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
    5. Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skills and competencies.
    6. Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal requirements.
    7. HR Policies and Procedures: Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    8. Employee Wellness: Promote employee wellness initiatives and programs to support the well-being of employees.
    9. HR Administration: Oversee HR administrative tasks, including payroll, record-keeping, and regulatory reporting.
    10. Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all HR practices and processes.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
    2. Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
    3. In-depth knowledge of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures.
    4. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
    5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
    6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    7. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
    8. Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations is highly desirable.
    9. Professional certification such as PHR or SPHR is a plus.
