Knowledgeable in utilizing document management and storage system which is SharePoint.  Knowledgeable in utilizing Microsoft Teams which is a cloud based team collaboration software that is part of the Office 365 applications.  Fully conversant with MS Office applications.  Meticulous and able to follow through with tasks promptly.  Arabic speaker is essential.  Strong English both written and verbal.  Middle East experience is essential  Strong communication skills, good understanding of English and good written grammar  Adaptable to change  Initiative to undertake assignments with minimal supervision provided by the Team Manager  Analytical and problem-solving skills  Encourage teamwork to develop and maintain an effective team environment Able to work independently as well as in a team

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Project or Business Management, or equivalent

Two or more years of experience in project coordination.  Show familiarity with project control systems.  Experience in coordinating teams and clients.  Proven success in a team setting, working with all levels of management.  Strong presentation skills. Working in remote or difficult locations, particularly in project based environment
