- Bachelor in Chemical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline with 10 years of experience with a petrochemical or refining licensor. Experience should include time spent in developing licensing agreements and procurement strategies.
- Lead activities related to the technology licensing process and procurement
- Provide technical support for capital projects involving petrochemical units at various stages of execution (pre-feasibility, feasibility, basic and detailed engineering)
- Lead the strategic evaluation of licensing agreements
