Job Summary

As a Senior Graphic and Branding Designer, you will be instrumental in bringing design solutions to life, aligning them with our marketing strategies and business goals. Your role will encompass not only producing and overseeing both print and digital creative solutions but also managing a team of designers and ensuring the coherence of our brand and logo development.

• Oversee all design elements from concept to final execution.
• Review and guide the work of junior designers, providing constructive feedback.
• Utilize and demonstrate hands-on experience with various design tools and software.
• Employ strong design skills to ensure attention to detail and high-quality visual outputs.
• Analyze design needs and devise effective solutions for communication with customers.
• Delegate tasks and support junior designers in their professional development.
• Maintain and enforce high standards of quality in delivering work to customers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance creative standards.
• Oversee design and brand development from conceptualization to release.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Stay abreast of cultural trends and industry developments.
• Interpret briefs from proponents and effectively communicate conceptual and visual directions

Requirements:

• This role required candidate to permanently relocate at Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
• University degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in Branding, Brand Strategy, or a related field.
• Excellent command of both oral and written English.
• Ability to adapt to and work effectively within a multicultural environment.
• A solid portfolio demonstrating previous work and accomplishments.
