- Work independently and hire Experience Hires for multiple industry verticals within ADL
- Conduct the end-to-end recruitment process for Experienced Strategy Consultants (Manager and above) from sourcing to offer stage.
- Ad Hoc support for Campus, Graduate and National candidates from application to offer stage.
- Maintain candidate information in database, capturing important information, screening applications.
- Organize and execute on-campus events with global and local leading partner business schools and universities. This involves designing a targeted & tailored strategy for each school, to ensure candidates are effectively engaged.
- Work closely with the Recruitment Manager in designing and implementing new initiatives to attract talent and to gain a competitive advantage at recruitment events.
- Follow up on the status of candidate searches, centralizes all progress reports, and maintain a recruitment dashboardRun analyses of the recruitment and onboarding processes to help improve effectivenessEnsure a positive candidate experience and a fair and adherent hiring practices are followed by periodically reviewing the complete process
- Conducts general research to help identify relevant target companies and talent poolsProvide support in the screening of potential candidates for searches
- Solid understanding of Talent Acquisition process
- Minimum 3-5+ years' experience in Recruitment
- Management Consultancy experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Arabic speaker preferred
