    Purpose of Position
    - The Asset Integrity Engineer will be responsible for update, assessment, and analysis of inspection and integrity management activities. Shall be able to perform a variety of complex asset integrity functions with minimal supervision.

    The position performs in line with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group policy.

    Major Responsibilities
    - Ensure project activities are performed in accordance with accreditation schemes, legislation, and industry standards and that project activities are performed in accordance with the health, safety, and environmental policy.

    Perform technical studies, Fitness for Service Remaining Life Assessment (FFS RLA), Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) Assessment, Development of Corrosion Management Plans (CMP), Development of Integrity Management Plans, Identification of Pipeline Integrity Threats, Categorization and Quantification, Root Cause and Failure Investigations and Instrument diagram reviews, Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessments and HAZOP's.

    Coordinate and participate in RFP scope review, proposal/bid preparation in order to maximize market share.

    Assist in budget preparation, annual revenue forecasts, and monthly updates and reporting.

    Ensure onsite work activities are performed in accordance with the health, safety, and environmental policy, and specific control of work procedures and practices.

    Ensuring quality of work according to BV and Client Quality System

    Ensure to follow the BV and Client HSE policy, procedures, and guidelines.

    Maintain regular job-related contact with the stakeholders, client and liaise with the subcontractors and BV Technical Center when needed.

    Actively participate in the overall departmental and operational tasks in the office.

    Support the audit program and conduct periodic reviews to ensure procedure and code compliance.

    Perform any additional responsibilities as requested or assigned.

    Maintaining internal and external communication.

    Promotes BV portfolio to clients.

    Respects security guidelines of BV and clients and safeguards personal security in the working environment

    Actively participates in the sharing of knowledge and information.

    Continuous learning and developing in the area of responsibility.

    Criteria for Performance Evaluation (KPIs)
    - Engagement with key stakeholders (Internal and external) on regular basis.

    Formulation and implementation of strategies and initiatives for business growth.

    Effective team management.

    Increasing Brand awareness.

    Successful delivery of key regional events.

    Qualification and Experience
    - Graduate with minimum 10 years of integrity management experience. Degree in Corrosion/Mechanical/ Metallurgical engineering would be advantage.
    - Should have the experience of risk-Based Inspection, and In-Service Inspection, in core sectors such as Oil & Gas/Power.
    - API-580 Certified Risk Based Inspection professional.

    API-571 Certified Corrosion and Materials professional

    API 510- Authorized Pressure Vessel Inspector

    API 570- Authorized Piping Inspector

    Skills & Qualities:
    - Working knowledge and Solid expertise in RBI, FFS, RLA, CRAS & Material Selection, Design Review for Corrosion & Material, On-Stream Inspection (OSI) Optimization & Gap Analysis, Evaluation of Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) data, In-Service Inspection & Development of Repair Methodologies and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) / Fracture & Failure Investigations.

    Significant experience of condition monitoring techniques to analyze and report on the condition and integrity of assets and associated systems.

    Experience in the use of advanced data handling and analysis systems and solutions.
