Position:

Positionsare open at five distinct ranks: Postdoctoral FellowAssistantProfessor Associate Professor Full Professor and ChairProfessor.

Responsibilitiesand Duties

Applicants willhave extensive teaching experience have published high qualitypapers in their area of expertise have been successful in obtainingresearch grants and have substantial experience in the supervisionof research students. The successful candidate in addition toteaching typically two modules/courses per year (i.e. one persemester) will provide leadership in curriculum development andenhancing our research profile at the international level. They areexpected to assume administrative responsibilities based on theirexperience.

Requirements

EssentialQualifications/Experiences

• A PhD in a closely aligned area andPG Cert HE or equivalent;
  
• Ideally few years of teaching/researchexperience at a university or equivalent after completion of PhDdegree;
  
• PhDsupervision capacity;
  
• Strong publications record in an area ofexpertise;
  
• Evidence of success in obtaining researchgrants;
  
• Fluencyin English.
  

Desirable Qualifications andExperience

Professionalmemberships such as BCS IET ACM IEE andHEA;

Strongknowledge / experience in international highereducation.

Senior Associate Professor:540k580k RMB

Professor: Above 620kRMB negotiable

Members of AcademicStaff are entitled to subsidies for accommodation travel andchildren s educational medical insurance and a onetime relocationallowance is provided. Overseas staff may receive a tax holidaydepending on nationality and personalcircumstances.
