    Description

    To support and coordinate HR Operations processes (hire-to-retire, payroll, benefits administration, mobility) across the cluster of Middle East, Turkey & Africa (META) countries. People Solutions Centre partner will oversee operational activities delivered by External Partners (Genpact, Payroll Vendors, other external partners) and will handle complex cases and act as a point of escalation.

    People Solutions Partner will support digitization of Hire-to-Retire processes as well as change management and training to empower employees and people managers to leverage Workday platform for essential HR processes.

    People Solutions Partner will identify optimization and digitization opportunities and work with key partners (HR IS, Local HRBPs Genpact, other partners) to drive optimizations.

    Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all HR Operations processes in the countries supported to ensure they are delivered timely and to quality by External Partners (Genpact, Payroll Vendors, other vendors)
  • Manage the Payroll administration and approval and ensure that payroll process is completed in schedule, provide final validation and sign-off for payroll
  • Partner with HR Business Partners and External Partners (Genpact) to ensure smooth service transition; especially hire-to-retire process including pre-boarding, onboarding, offboarding etc.
  • Manage Mobility cases in the region in partnership with Mobility Vendors and HR Business Partners
  • Required to support visa/immigration processes across UAE and Saudi Arabia; coordination with company providers.
  • Manage complex cases and process escalations – managing the communication and ensuring complete resolution for cases. Create a good Employee experience.
  • Support implementation of global Hire-to-Retire processes in the countries supported; work with HR Business Partners and HR IT to implement processes and manage change
  • Drive adaption of Workday and promote Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service for essential HR processes (change, communication and training).
  • Have a continuous improvement mindset to support further effective and efficient changes to HR processes, procedures, Workday and controls
  • Minimum Requirements

  • 6 – 8 years experience in HR Operations in Saudi Arabia and/or Middle East & African countries
  • Saudi National only
  • English fluency and Arabic speaking
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Workday experience highly desirable
  • Experience working with and coordinating work of External Vendors (payroll, HR Operations, Mobility)
  • Experience in HR Transformation and/or service transition desirable
  • Understanding and knowledge of basic Labor Law principles for Hire-to-Retire Processes
  • Shared service or GBS background a must
  • Hands-on' approach with an eye for details and completion
