This is a remoteposition.

We are looking for RemoteBooking Specialists to join our company, who are passionate abouttraveling. You will manage booking requirements made for businessor leisure and you will provide tourism related services andpackage tours on behalf of our suppliers. The goal is to keep ourclients satisfied and loyal for future services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and selltransportation, accommodation, insurance and other destinationsservices
  
• Cooperate with clients to determinetheir needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes oftransportation, booking dates, costs andaccommodation
  
• Provide relevant information,brochures and publications (guides, local customs, maps,regulations, events etc) totravelers
  
• Book transportation, make hotelreservations and collectpayment/fees
  
• Use promotional techniques andprepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tourpackages
  
• Deal with occurring problems,complaints or refunds
  
• Attend seminars to remain updatedwith tourism trends
  
• Network with touroperators

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age,and be authorized to work within theUS
  
• Must be able to effectivelycommunicate with clients (strong sales background aplus)
  
• Must have a smartphone with internetaccess, laptop recommend but notrequired
  
• Personal travel experience is a hugeplus, however notrequired
  
• Previous experience in customerservice or hospitality also a plus, but notrequired
