    We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Executive Officer. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, along with proven experience as an executive assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior management. Strong organizational, communication, and technology skills are essential, along with a high level of professionalism and discretion.     • Calendar Management: Managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating appointments, and organizing meetings and travel arrangements
    • Communication: Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the CEO and ensuring timely responses
    • Information Management: Compiling and organizing information, reports, and data for the CEO's review and decision-making
    • Confidentiality: Maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive information and exercising discretion in handling privileged information
    • Project Coordination: Assisting in the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO
    • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to the CEO, including drafting documents, preparing presentations, and conducting research
    • Liaison: Serving as a liaison between the CEO and internal departments, external stakeholders, and board members
    • Event Coordination: Assisting in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and meetings attended by the CEO
    • Policy Adherence: Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements in all activities
    • Special Assignments: Undertaking special assignments and ad-hoc tasks as delegated by the CEO to support organizational goals

    Requirements

    • Education: A bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field. A master's degree may be preferred
    • Experience: Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives or senior management
    • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
    • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
    • Confidentiality: Strong understanding of the need for discretion and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity
    • Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using office software, scheduling tools, and other relevant technology to support the CEO's administrative needs
    • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, work independently, and remain composed under pressure
    • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work, including document preparation and information management
    • Professionalism: A professional demeanor with a high level of integrity, ethics, and respect for all individuals within and outside the organization
