ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Participate in setting the goals, initiatives and plans for the division and manage their execution at the department level.

2- Manage day-to-day activities and operations, including implementation of all policies and procedures, and recommend potential improvements where appropriate.
3- Assist in the development and management of financial and human resource requirements (annual budget).
4- Manage, guide and support employees in the execution of their work and develop them to improve performance.


FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Manage the design, development, and distribution of relevant publications and statistics relevant to the contracting sector in Saudi Arabia.

2- Develop the data collection framework for SCA, ensuring effective engagement with governmental and other organizations to obtain latest statistics and information.

3- Manage the collection of relevant information on contractors / contracting industry, covering contractor s size, pipeline of projects, nature of projects, etc

4- Assess contracting industry s history, trends, competitors, products, and customer bases to develop an understanding of the contracting landscape.

5- Maintain a list of key publications and statistics to be published by SCA that matter to key stakeholders based on periodic consultations, feedback and analysis of the market.

6- Maintain the effective publishing of the contracting price index, within the framework of an overarching methodology and corresponding data components.

7- Champion the effective promotion of relevant analysis and findings that would be relevant to external stakeholders on the contracting industry.

8- Lead collaboration efforts with internal departments, such as Marketing & Communication, in order to raise public awareness of the information services offerings.

9- Champion availability of Statistics and Publications as part of SCA s online presence, eventually transition service as part of SCA s e-contracting platform.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or equivalent (Master preferred), with a minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Prior experience of (6+ years) in a managerial or supervisory role.
