Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Training experience
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service experience
• Experience with Room Service operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience with food safety regulations
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software
