You will develop and lead both employee and organizational excellence for Cartier KSA by managing day-to-day HR operations, driving and embedding people strategy and providing HR guidance to support the achievement of business objectives.

Working as a strategic business partner to our functional leaders, amongst other stakeholders, you will ensure the development and implementation of HR initiatives that are aligned with organizational objectives.

Through coaching and providing counsel, you will provide strategic HR guidance around key topics such as Talent Management, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits and Compliance.

You will bring to the role expertise of the KSA market, excellent knowledge on all matters relating to HR, as well as the direct impact on our people and our business, and the ability and passion to drive change within our organization.

Critical thinking and a solution driven mindset are hugely advantageous, as is the ability to form strong relations with our internal stakeholders and team members.
