Awtad is a leading real estate company looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiations and onboarding. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate and a passion for finding the best talent to add to our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and evaluate candidate resumes and applications
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews with candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions
• Develop relationships with universities, job fairs, and other talent acquisition avenues
• Maintain candidate databases and manage the recruitment process
• Conduct reference and background checks on potential hires
• Handle offer negotiations and the onboarding process for new hires

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the real estate industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and recruiting strategies
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment marketing platforms
• Understanding of talent acquisition metrics and analytics.
